About the Hire
  • 4 day minimum hire
  • Minimum hire age is 21 years old
  • Valid full New Zealand or international licence required
  • Strictly no pets and off-road usage
  • All vans come with a full tank of fuel, please return will a full tank of fuel
  • Please clean the van prior to returning, wash in needed
  • Inform us immediately of any mechanical issues as soon as they occur 
  • Risk Taker Insurance is automatically added at $16/day with a $3,000 excess, or upgrade to Happy Camper Insurance for $36/day with a $2,000 excess.

Cancellations

More than 7 days before pickup:
If the booking is cancelled more than seven (7) days prior to the scheduled pickup date, the Hirer is entitled to a full refund of all monies paid, less a $50 + GST administration fee.

Within 7 days of pickup:
If the booking is cancelled within seven (7) days of the scheduled pickup date, no refund will be provided.
